How do I cancel my order?
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
For outright cancellations by you:
> If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped: > If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

What is your return policy?
In case you wish to return the product for replacement/exchanges or any other reason, do mail us with your order details & the reason at funkforhire@gmail.com within 15 days of order delivery date.
Please ensure the returns are in unused condition, with original product tag and packaging intact.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What conditions are eligible for return?
For damaged/defective product, you will have to inform us regarding the same within 48 hours of order delivery. Failing which, the product is not eligible for return or replacement.
Moreover, following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
- Any product without a valid, readable, un-tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
- Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

How do I initiate return?

- No reverse pickup is available
- Mail the product to the address mentioned below. Do not forget to mention the Order ID and Contact number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on the return process and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
